Five Elements

In Chinese philosophy, the Five Elements are not merely substances—they are five fundamental energies that describe everything in the universe.

Think of them as five dynamic forces in a continuous dance of creation and balance:

Wood → Fire → Earth → Metal → Water → (returning to Wood)

The Five Elements offer a timeless framework for understanding our inner world. Just as nature moves through seasons, we experience different elemental energies throughout our lives—sometimes needing Wood's growth, other times requiring Earth's stability.
